Wenn man Rousseau´s Spruch liest, könnte man meinen, dass es nichts zu tun gibt und es Zeit für die Hängematte ist. Aber knapp daneben ist eben auch vorbei - auch sprichwörtlich.

Unser einzigartiger Planet und seine Natur haben mich schon immer fasziniert - und Fotografie kann da einen grossen Beitrag leisten sie zu messen  und darzustellen , allerdings beinhaltet dies auch eine grosse Verantwortung. Mittlerweile ist mir jedoch öfter aufgefallen, dass manche Dinge schöner aussehen, als sie in Wirklichkeit sind. Die subjektive Wahrnehmung kann einem den Blick manchmal ganz schön vernebeln.

Und da kommt ein weiterer Philosoph bzw. Schriftsteller ins Spiel - Henry David Thoreau und “Walden - Leben in den Wäldern” und sein Ansatz, immer nur die Wahrheit und das Einfache Aufrichtige zu sagen. Also immer frei heraus was Fotografie, Gesellschaft oder auch unsere Umwelt betrifft ...

Nach vielen Phasen in meiner Fotografie bin ich wahrscheinlich doch noch nicht fertig, vielleicht kommt da noch was ... bin gespannt auf plan.b

When you read Rousseau's saying, you might think that there is nothing to do and it's time for the hammock. But it's not quite that simple - even literally.

Our unique planet and its nature have always fascinated me - and photography can make a big contribution to measuring and depicting it, but this also entails a great responsibility. However, I have now noticed more often that some things look nicer than they really are. Subjective perception can sometimes cloud your view quite a bit.

And that's where another philosopher or writer comes into play - Henry David Thoreau and “Walden - Life in the Woods” and his approach of always saying only the truth and the simple sincere thing. So always be open about photography, society or our environment...

After many phases in my photography, I'm probably not finished yet, maybe there's something else to come... I'm looking forward to plan.b
